NO INTERNET! QUICK UPDATE!

I am sorry I have been AWOL, my internet isn't working at the moment so I can only get online on my phone (which isn't ideal for posting) or when I use my sisters internet (like now). I have been following plan still though and I wanted to just give a quick update of my current weight as of 24/01/13.

I'm hoping to get my internet issue sorted out ASAP but for now I won't be posting as it is too time consuming on my phone! Please expect more regular posts soon.

What I Ate Today: 05/01/2013

GREEN DAY

So I decided to do a green day today, mainly because I have no meat in the house, but also because I love the idea of double healthy extras! 

I had my breakfast quite late as I was running late when leaving the house to run an errand and didn't have time. I just ate two of the Kellogg's nutri grain breakfast biscuits in oats and honey when I got home.




Lunch was leek and potato soup from yesterday, but this time with a wholemeal bread roll. I forgot to take a picture of the bread roll after cutting some off it off to make it 60g haha.



I then snacked on 2 mini babybel lights from my healthy extra A before making dinner.



For dinner I made mushy pea curry (then blended it) and had it over slimming world chips and with some shredded lettuce and onion too. It doesn't look too appetising but it was very yummy and I've got LOTS left over which I will most likely freeze.



Between dinner and now I've had a few snacks, some because I needed to have some syns and some just because I fancied them :)

So I've also ate; my remaining babybel light, a rocky road hifi bar (forgot the picture sorry),  another breakfast biscuit, a cup of coffee with 50ml skimmed milk (which I know I can have as a 2nd healthy A but as I didn't want 350ml I'll just syn it) and 2 bananas. Wow, lots of food!







So there we go, I really think I've managed 1/3 of super free today which I'm very pleased about!

What I Ate Today: 04/01/2013

EXTRA EASY DAY

So, I started my day off with a yummy caramel coffee by Douwe Egberts mmmmmm. Lovely and syn free too! I had this with sweetener and a little semi-skimmed milk.



After this I ate two rocky road hifi light bars for breakfast, I LOVE these, they remind me of teacakes!



For lunch I had a first attempt at making my own soup, leak and potato. It was very tasty, but I would probably add some more leeks next time!



I was hungry quite soon after and tucked into 3 mini babybel lights, 1 kellogs nutri-grain oats & honey breakfast biscuit and a banana after picking up a few bits in Tesco. The nutri grain breakfast biscuits are very tasty and you can have 2 for your healthy extra B (if you haven't already used yours on hifi bars!)




For dinner (which I didn't take a picture of sorry!) I had a mixed grill of gammon, bacon, chicken and mushy peas at my mums house. It was scrummy! 

That was it for food today, I'm about to have another coffee and then that will do me for today. I'm planning on having a green day tomorrow which means more healthy extras, yes yes yes :)

Weekly Weigh In: 03/01/2013


First of all, happy new year guys! I'm still getting the hang of writing 2013, it feels like it's been 2012 forever! I had a very drunken new year (far too drunken considering I didn't drink after midnight!) But that's it for me for the month as I'm taking part in Dryathalon, which means that I won't be drinking for the whole of January in aid of Cancer Research UK. Please see my fundraising page here
Anyway, I haven't had too much in the way of food in the kitchen this week as my shopping is due Monday. Still, I was very happy to step on the scales last night to a loss of

I'm very very pleased with this but am hoping that there won't be a bit of a 'delayed gain' from New Year next week! I will be trying to really stick to plan, I'd love another 3lbs next week for my 1 stone award but it doesn't seem too likely! Fingers crossed though!

What I Ate Today: 02/01/2013

EXTRA EASY DAY

I completely forgot to take any pictures yesterday, sorry! But will do a quick update on what I ate.

Breakfast- Tea (FF) with sweetener (FF) and semi-skimmed milk (1 1/2 SYNS).

Lunch- Tomato & Herb Pasta Mug Shot (FF)

Dinner- 1 Piece of dry toast (4 1/2 SYNS) with baked beans (FF), lean bacon (FF) and cheese (HEA)

Snacks- Coffee (FF) with sweetener (FF)  and semi-skimmed milk (1 1/2 SYNS).
               1 hifi bar (HEB)
               1 plum (SFF)
               Walkers baked stars (4 1/2 SYNS)

SYNS- 12 SYNS

I really failed on super free today but I desperately need to do a food shop! Will be getting some bits today to last me until Monday (will be making a soup to last a couple of days) and then I can do a bigger shop.

So there we go, not a great day super free wise but did stay under syns. Weigh in tonight but I'm not really expecting much of a loss if anything, just because I've been lucky the last couple of weeks!

Weekly Weigh In: 27/12/12


So, Christmas week. Seven days off plan, lots of chocolate and alcohol, I stepped on the scales to--

I was pleased with this as it could have been a lot worse! I need to get some food shopping in but I am planning to be back on plan tomorrow. Please expect regular posts to resume properly from 01/01/2013.

Weekly Weigh In: 20/12/12

I know I said no more posts until the new year but just wanted to update my weigh ins. This will literally be straight to the point as I can't remember what I ate last week!

I was very happy with this as I wasn't really on plan last week. I was actually very shocked, but glad to get a loss in before Christmas as I knew that I'd have a gain.
